Vision

We are a ministry geared towards recognizing, uplifting, and encouraging Veterans utilizing biblical principles to proclaim God’s word in turn bringing hope to those who have been forgotten, sick or homeless and to aid and educate those who do not know Christ on how to establish an eternal relationship with Him. We operate within this ministry in a spirit of excellence, honor, and the utmost concern for the Veterans within our local community and abroad.  Our ministry embodies the core value that every veteran knows… teamwork, and welcomes participants who desire to serve honestly and selflessly.

Mission

The mission of the Veteran’s Ministry is to reach out to and exhort veterans (active and inactive, locally and abroad) of all branches of the Armed forces and foster within all, a sense of belonging and appreciation through the education of who they are in Christ Jesus.

We will also educate non-veterans that the mission of the military and those who serve are first and foremost aimed at preserving peace, and illustrate how God honors that action. (Matthew 5:9) We will emphasize that the function of the armed forces is not geared towards aggressive measures in which many have incorrectly perceived. We want to erase any negative depiction that the military has accrued.

We will assist displaced or hospitalized Veterans who desire to come to a place of worship to be afforded the opportunity to do so. And to educate those who are unaware of the importance of doing so. (Hebrews 10:25)

We have the ultimate charge to lead Veterans to Christ, maintain and continually develop their relationship with Him, through spreading the gospel in a diligent manner to a few, in faith that the gospel will be spread to many. (Matthew 28:18-20)
